LADY GAGA
I heard her new song Born This Way for the first time on the weekend while scooting around Sydney feeling very sorry for myself. It literally gave me goose bumps. Not because it is necessarily the best pop song ever, although it is very good, but because of its sentiment. I suddenly felt that Gaga and I had a special bond. Her lyrics in Born This Way are something that I have been banging on about for so many years. I absolutely loved it.
And what perfect timing. Just as Sydney braces itself for the month long Mardi Gras celebration, out comes Gaga with the biggest and best Gay anthem since Ms Minogue’s On A Night Like This. Born This Way will possibly go down in history as the gayest song ever. Lets pray that the superstar power of Gaga manages to change the minds and attitudes of many in this world with her lyrics and her beliefs.

So it really doesn’t matter if you love her or hate her, you just gotta respect the effort she is making with this song to change the world. She has my absolute full support and I have a whole new respect. My love for her since Pokerface has grown into pure adoration and hero-worship with the release of Born This Way!
Don't be a drag, just be a queen
Whether you're broke or evergreen
You're black, white, beige, chola descent
You're lebanese, you're orient
Whether life's disabilities
Left you outcast, bullied, or teased
Rejoice and love yourself today
'cause baby you were born this way
No matter gay, straight, or bi,
Lesbian, transgendered life
I'm on the right track baby
I was born to survive
No matter black, white or beige
Chola or orient made
I'm on the right track baby
I was born to be brave
